Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment via Paypal. When confirmation of an order is received from Paypal, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

We will endeavour to send out items ordered before 12pm that day, but cannot guarantee it. However, we will always try our best to get your items out as quickly as we can but this depends on how busy we are.

Delivery Schedule

We will try to process your order the same day as you make it and will post the item on the 1st Class Royal Mail recorded service. If you need an item quicker, contact us by email to ask if it is possible. We will always try to find a way of helping and meeting your requirements if we can.

Tax Charges

All our orders have UK VAT of 20% included.

Privacy Policy

Syndicate Clothing do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to Tools | Internet Options | Privacy and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Cancellation Policy

Under EU distance selling rules you have the right to cancel your order without charge at any time up until 7 working days after delivery. This can be done by email or simply by returning your items to the addresses below:

In the event of cancellation goods must be returned to the above address and the customer will be responsible for the cost of this. We recommend using some form of “signed for delivery.”

Under these same rules you should be refunded for cancelled goods within 30 days of cancellation, we aim for about 10 days but during very busy periods this can take a bit longer, in all instances it will be done before 30 days have passed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Receiving your items

It is crucially important that if your delivery needs signed for that you check the package(s) thoroughly before doing so. If it is damaged and you sign for it then you will not be able to claim a refund or insurance as you are certifying that the goods were received in good condition. This is standard contract law that any courier company will enforce and we are unable to take the responsibility unfortunately so if the package is in any way damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Returns Policy

We will happily exchange or refund items up to 7 days from the date of receipt (see cancelation policy). In addition to this we may be able to exchange or refund items returned within 30 days if they are in perfect condition but a small charge may apply, please contact us by email to discuss this before sending goods back within this time frame.

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items that are under warranty can be returned to us and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced, this is subject to inspection by us. Please contact us for a returns authorisation before sending, if found not to be faulty then we may have to charge for any re-posting costs and will be unable to cover your return costs.

Delivery Methods

General Items: For general items, we will use Royal Mail’s ‘1st Class Signed For’ service. This usually takes around 1-3 days.

Bulk Items: Bulk items will be shipped by courier, this service will usually be a next day, but we will let you know the details upon receipt of your order.

We will endeavour to meet all Special Requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our courier’s own policies.

IMPORTANT

If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXES OR MAIL BAGS. Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition of your item and after that the courier company will simply say that the goods were damaged by you after delivery.

 

 

MERCHANDISE & CUSTOM ORDERS

 

CUSTOM ARTWORK

If you ask to provide you with custom artwork, we will be happy to oblige. Our design team will work on your design to your satisfaction. This service is offered at a flat rate of £100, which will be refunded upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment. All designs remain copyright of Syndicate Clothing unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

APPROVAL OF ARTWORK

When we send you mocks of your order, you should be aware that these are for illustrative purposes only. Sizes and colours are approximate and are for guidance only, and all designs remain copyright of Syndicate Clothing unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you are unsure as to whether or not you may use it for something else, you should ask. If you do use it without authorisation, you may be charged an additional fee for the artwork. Confirmation of the mock will be done by email, upon confirmation of the artwork, no more changes can be made. If you wish to make changes, you must contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t already begun the printing process and it is still possible to make a change, this may incur additional artwork costs. If we can help we will, but it is very important that you always check the mock carefully, ask any questions you may have before as confirmation will be taken as final.

 

TIMELINES

The timelines for delivery of custom merchandise orders varies depending on the amount of customisation. This may be anything from 7 days up to 12+ weeks depending on the level of customisation and complexity of the order. We will inform you of the likely completion time upon placement of the order. Please bear in mind that we provide you with a high quality custom product and that we may encounter issues which may delay your order during manufacture. We will always keep you as informed as we can, and deal with all issues as soon as we can to your satisfaction.

 

PAYMENT

Once you confirm artwork and numbers, we will invoice you. Upon receipt of full payment your order is considered final, and we will begin processing your order, cancellation after this time is not possible.

 

CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of the product provided on custom orders, there is no opportunity for cancellation. On confirmation of artwork and receipt of payment your order is final, and not subject to cancellation.
