What can Syndicate make for us?
Well it all depends on the number of garments you want, but we can produce almost anything from hoodies and tees to polo-shirts and sweat-pants. If you're looking for something specific, just ask!
Orders over a 100 pieces get a special custom branding pack with your very own labels, sleeve tags, swing tags and even the option of a different colour inner hood on the hoodies. Nice!
What are your minimum order requirements?
Our minimum order is around 20 pieces depending on the product you want. Keep in mind that our prices are based on numbers and will drop significantly when ordering in higher quantities
How long will my order take to complete?
Most orders are ready within 10 business days of final art approval. Large quantities may take longer.
How is screen-printing cost determined and how can I save money?
Screen-printing prices are based on the number of ink colours in the design that are printed in each location. A simple 1 or 2 colour design is much cheaper to print than a complex design with lots of colours.
The number of locations on a garment increases the cost. A design with art in two places (two locations i.e. front & back) cost more than a design with art in only one place.
The size of the design does not affect the price. A small left chest print costs the same to print as a large full size print.
The total number of garments makes a huge difference in the prices. The more garments you can buy the cheaper they are.
White or Light color garments are easiest to print on and are more cost effective.
What type of artwork do you accept?
We accept anything from an idea or rough sketch, to finished print-ready artwork
Art Requirements:
For ideas, you can send small files like jpegs, but If you're sending a photo to be manipulated for a design, we require a file with a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).
For final artwork you wil need to send pint-ready vector art.
Vector Art is drawn using a vector-based program like Adobe Illustrator. Common file extensions for this type of file include .ai & .eps.
When providing vector files, it's important to create outlines for all text used.
For vector artwork resolution is not a concern.
How do i get my artwork to you?
If your artwork's vector-based it should be small enough to email. Try and make sure that the files you send end in one of the following file extensions: .psd .ai .eps .tif .pdf .gif or .jpg (please note that because of gif and jpg's poor image quality, we recommend these formats for submitting rough ideas or sketches only).
How can I place my order?
When you recieve your quote please review all the order details including the kind of products, sizes, colours, quantities and print information like print locations and print colors.
If all the information is correct, get in touch and confirm the order.
Please note. We must receive final artwork approval and set appropriate payment arrangements before your order will begin production.
